Using the SwyxWare Essential server as the foundation stone, a wide range of options can be added. The following 6 options packs can be purchased individually or as a cost effective bundle: the SwyxProfessional Option Pack. Purchasing the SwyxProfessional Option Pack provides excellent value for money for customers as it delivers all of the benefits of the 6 individual option packs in a simple, single solution. The SwyxProfessional Option Pack enables you to run your business more efficiently and make your employees more effective.

1. SwyxConference: allows user to setup and conduct internal and external conference calls. Number of option licenses must be identical to the number of SwyxServer user licenses.
2. SwyxCTI: (Computer Telephony Integration) integrates IP SwyxPhone handset and SwyxIt softphone. The number of option licenses can be freely chosen and does not need to meet the full number of SwyxServer users.
3. SwyxECR: (Extended Call Routing) easy to use graphical tool that allows the user to set up decision, action and handling sequences for incoming calls. The number of option licenses must be identical to the number of SwyxServer user licenses.
4. SwyxFax: uses existing connection to the traditional (PSTN) phone network or to the IP-network to process incoming and outgoing fax messages. The number of fax licenses can be freely chosen and does not need to meet the full number of SwyxServer user licenses but at least 1 fax channel is required.
5. SwyxRecord: call recording option, user has the ability to record ad-hoc conversations directly from their SwyxIt client at the press of a button. The number of option licenses must be identical to the number of SwyxServer user licenses.
6. SwyxVoicemail: allows voicemails to be recorded for individual users and to be delivered by e-mail. The number of option licenses must be identical to the number of Swyx Server licenses.

In addition to the options detailed above, the following 3 options packs are also available for use with SwyxWare Essential, providing additional resiliency, security and reporting functionality.

1. SwyxStandby: allows the addition of a 'Standby SwyxWare Server' on a separate MS Windows 2003 Server that automatically takes over the primary SwyxServer's functions should the primary server fail.
2. SwyxMonitor: allows the administrator to activate permanent call recording for all or selected internal numbers, and silent call intrusion.
3. AmbiLOG: call accounting analysis and reporting. Standard option runs on PC/Server but there is an optional web client. A license is required for each applicable SwyxWare user.
